DANIEL CHORNOPYSKI

Lawyer

Daniel's practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on workplace related matters. He is an active trial lawyer with experience in complex matters before the courts.

In addition to his litigation practice, he acts as business legal counsel for several of his clients, including advising on financial and transaction related matters.

ZARA KADHIM

Lawyer

Zara is an Associate Lawyer with Chornopyski law. She joined the firm in 2021 as an articling student after graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba.

While attending law school, Zara held executive positions in various student groups such as the Manitoba Law Students' Association, the Arab Students' Association, etc. She also volunteered with organizations such as the Legal Help Centre and the Welcome Place.

Prior to beginning law school, Zara completed her Bachelors of Arts, honours degree at the University of Manitoba, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Judaic Studies.

Zara is bilingual and able to offer legal services in English and Arabic.

Beth practices in the areas of criminal, child protection and immigration law. She has extensive court experience in several areas of the law. Beth is bilingual and is able to offer her services in English and French.
